 Customer Service Representative

 


Mission of CSR position:

 

The roles of CSR exist to ensure the customer receives the best and right products at the best price in the timeliest manner for their use.  To ensure this happens the CSR must receive in the products, stock them on the shelves, pull the correct products per the customers’ orders and ship the products – making sure they are loaded correctly – all in a timely manner.

 

Outcomes for CSR position:

 

1)      Prepare sales orders in Peachtree with NO errors.

2)      Maintain backorder report by July 31, 2010 to maximum of 2 pages.

3)      Improve delivery score to  95% by 7/1/10 and 98% by 10/1/10

4)      Update website with current pricing and make sure that all pricing matches Peachtree.

5)      Communicate with all Sales Rep on price increases and what customers need to be notified on price changes.

6)      Grow revenue by 15% (one year from start date)

Increase number of website orders

Upsell customers – ‘would you like fries with your order?’

7)      Aid buyer in determining what needs to be ordered

8)      Improve delivery time to customers of products ordered in
